Absentee Bids

If you cannot attend the auction you may request an absentee (commission) bid, or, for lots of high value, a Telephone Bid.

Please complete the Form, sign and scan it, and return it to us via email. You mail also post or deliver it, time permitting. Absentee and telephone bidders are bound by our
Terms & Conditions as well as the conditions below:


1.        The Auctioneers will endeavour to purchase lots at the lowest price. The buyer’s premium (12%; 15% via Internet) will be added to the hammer price.

2.        The Auctioneers are not responsible for wrong lot numbers entered.

3.        Bids are accepted without obligation and without guarantee.

4.        Note that bids in the room take precedence over Absentee bids.

5.        Telephone bidding is reserved for higher value items and is at the discretion of Tallong Auctions. We recommend a covering bid in case we cannot reach you by telephone.

6.        Successful bidders will be notified, and items despatched only after payment in full (cleared funds).
